Why?
Why do we care?
Today, land that potentially can be conserved to monetise via certifications lead very low revenues to those involved, with no real return on their investment.
Land that costs millions of US Dollars do not receive even enough to pay for the labour involved, let alone the certification costs.
What?
What are we doing?
We have identified the challenges, as faced whilst trying to support indigenous communities with available certifications, and private investors who have significant land currently not delivering any value for their investment on certifications and management of their forests.
How?
How are we going to lead change?
We have been working on tackling the challenges that currently offer a cost of entry or slow financial opportunities. We have a plan to achieve such goals, from maximising revenue using ad-hoc certifications, to lower cost of entry in the short term, to an eventual financial platform that offer scarce green assets.
